TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
VILLAS
• The villas have architectural, reinforced concrete, electrical and plumbing installations approved by professional chambers and the relevant municipality.
• It will be constructed in accordance with the projects and general technical specifications.
• The roofs of the villas are terrace roofs and water and heat insulation will be provided.
• Walls will be built with bricks in accordance with their thickness in the architectural project.
• The garden walls will be made of black mountain stone with an average height of 120 cm.
ELECTRIC
• The project principles approved by the Chamber of Electrical Engineers and the relevant municipality will be strictly adhered to. However
• The existing project, which has been approved as a single phase, will be modified and renovated into 3 phases. This is the project
• It will be done through the amended project.
• Grounding installation will be installed in all villas.
• In each villa, a sufficient number of external telephone line infrastructure and sockets will be installed and these will be installed in the living room,

CLEAN AND WASTE WATER

• Water will be supplied to the house with a hydrophore.
• Hot and cold water installation will be made with PPRC pipes.
• The wastewater installation will be made of hard PVC material and will be buried in the ground in the garden of each residence.
• The septic tank and absorber will be connected to the well.

• The stair steps of the villas will be covered with marble (perfetto braun or equivalent).
